Cal Poly Pomona
California State Polytechnic University, Pomona is a public, nationally-ranked, coeducational university situated at the western corner of the city of Pomona, a suburb of Los Angeles, California. Also known as Cal Poly Pomona, and commonly called Cal Poly among locals (but never by the university, as that name properly refers to California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo), it is one of the 23 campuses of the California State University. The University offers a full spectrum of degrees but is best known for its engineering, agricultural, architectural, and business programs.
As of 2006, US News and World Report ranked Pomona the fourth best public university (ninth overall) for Civil Engineering; sixth best public (13th overall) for Electrical Engineering; and fifth best public university (15th overall) for Mechanical Engineering undergraduate programs.
Their colors are green and gold and their mascot is the Broncos. Broncos athletics has won 13 NCAA Division II national championships in the following sports:

Significance
Cal Poly Pomona is the alma mater of REDdimension Wiki Circle member Debbie McNulty. She earned her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the school in 1987.
