I think STARFLEET actually does it in a lame attempt to avoid copyright infringement, but I think it actually does easily separate the club from the Trek organization to save confusion. Your call.

If it gets too confusing somewhere, then we can revisit it. But since we can easily link to "STARFLEET" at sfi.org to clarify who we're talking about in a Wiki article, we can avoid any confusion that proper capitalization might try to introduce.
