Trivia
The name, "Lucky Debonair," is a reference to the Kentucky Derby winning horse of the same name. Lucky Debonair won the derby in 1965. In fact, most the the roads in the Killearn Acres subdivision were named after either Kentucky Derby winners or some other reference to horse racing.
