 :On October 2-3, 2007, Jacksonville received record amounts of rainfall after a rather long period of very little rain.  As a consequence, the retention pond behind the subdivision where the house on Harpers Ferry sat could not handle the volume of rain, and it overflowed into the streets.

 Prior to moving to Lucky Debonair, the Reddicks lived in their own home on [[Lucky Debonair Trail]] in Tallahassee.  When Jon accepted a new job in Jacksonville, Florida in required that the family relocate.
